The Art of Ebru workshop

Sharjah Calligraphy Museum is organizing a workshop titled (The Art of Ebru), also known as marbling art, which is one of the most beautiful arts known in Turkey and is now practiced in many countries. This type of art is based on drawing on the surface of water that has been densely mixed with certain materials. To transform the painting, special colors are sprayed and shaped on the surface of the water, and a thick alabaster water resistant paper is placed on top.
